Terms and Conditions Payment Terms:

All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by All Motors and Equipment Direct (AMED-US).

Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or check. Detailed payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.

Disputes and Adjustments: Any disputes or requests for adjustments must be communicated in writing within three days of the invoice date. Failure to notify AMED-US within this period will result in acceptance of the invoice as is.

Returned Payments: A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned payments due to insufficient funds or other reasons.

Taxes: All applicable taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice amount unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided.

 Currency: All invoices are issued and payable in USD unless otherwise specified.

Ownership: Ownership of goods supplied by AMED-US remains with AMED-US until full payment is received. Delivery and Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Any claims for shortages or damage must be made within three days of receipt. Warranty: Products supplied by AMED-US are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any claims under the warranty must be made directly with the manufacturer. Liability: AMED-US’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or related to the provision of goods and services shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods or services provided. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Miami, Florida. Amendments: AMED-US reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
